Beverly Glenn, a top recruiter for two of the largest and most respected home health agencies in Southern California, is seeking a Home Health Marketer to drive referral growth and brand visibility throughout Riverside / San Bernardino County. Our partner agencies are Medicare-certified, CHAP-accredited, and recognized for delivering compassionate, high-quality care across the state.

Position Overview
As a Home Health Marketer, you’ll be the face of our agency to the local healthcare community. You’ll develop and maintain strategic relationships with referral partners and community organizations to ensure patients in Riverside / San Bernardino receive the home health and hospice care they deserve.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and nurture referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.
- Conduct in-person visits, calls, and meetings to promote our hospice services and build brand recognition.
- Maintain a book of business and continuously seek out new referral sources in the Riverside/San Bernardino Area.
- Attend community events, conferences, and marketing functions to represent the agency.
- Work closely with intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient admissions.
- Strategize and execute marketing initiatives to support growth goals and enhance visibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare sales or marketing—especially in hospice, or home health
- Established network of West LA healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Valid California driver’s license and insured, reliable transportation.
