Job Summary
Mochinut is a modern bubble tea and mochi donut shop dedicated to serving high-quality drinks ,fresh food ,and friendly customer service.We are looking for energetic,responsible,and positive team members to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
- Prepare bubble tea ,fruit tea ,coffee,and other beverages following recipes.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions .
- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Restock ingre and supplies.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
- Uphold food safety standards during food handling and beverage preparation, ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining drink quality.
Experience
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred, especially within the food service or beverage industry
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or M
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing
- Experience in food preparation, beverage service, or food handling roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment
