Job Description:
As a valued member of our team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Making dough and baking cookies
- Training in cookie decorating for the right candidates
- Taking and fulfilling customer orders, both in person and over the phone
- Frosting, decorating, and packaging cookies
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Schedule:
- Part-time hours: Weekdays 2:00 pm – 7:30 pm and Saturdays 7:30 - 4:30pm. No Sundays!
- Flexible availability required; must be able to work Saturdays and holidays
- Additional hours available during the busy holiday season

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Artistic skills or interest in cookie decoration a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to stand for 4+ hours
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs +
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
