What Services do we offer?
Lawn Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance, Spring/Fall Clean up, Snow Removal (plowing, sidewalk shoveling, stand on sidewalk machines, snow blowers, sidewalk salting, salt truck)
What we are looking for.
We are looking for Lawn Care Crew Leader in training; We are growing quickly and need to develop leaders for our continued growth. What does this position look like?
First
Real time on the job training, we need you to learn the Royal way how we operate, what quality is expected from us to our customers to leave their lawns looking Great. Also what quality is expected companywide in house.
Second
Learning how to lead others, we have a MIT (Manager In Training) program we do all year long to develop you as a confident leader knowing how to handle as many situations as possible before you ever have to use it. With these two steps we want to develop your hard and soft skills on the job.
Third
Trial runs, over the next few months we want to give you chances to lead, start small, grow big. We want to give you small projects, teams, task over the upcoming weeks and months to make you feel confident.
Forth
Leading you and your crew, owning your equipment, accounts, and developing your team under you for the next leaders.
What you will do
- Use Scag zero turn mowers
- Stihl Weed Whips
- Stihl Edger
- Stihl Backpack Blowers
Physical Side
- Walk all day (10-15 miles)
- on Feet for long periods of time
- Ability to carry equipment for long periods of time
- Ability to work in harsh elements (100+ degrees to -20 degrees)
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to walk, stand, all day
- Able to carry 50lbs
- Reliable personal transportation to work
- Previous Professional lawn care experience (is a plus not required)
- Strong work Ethic, Coachable, Dependable.
- Ability to work in/part of a team.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
