JOB The Continuing Education Specialist will manage the healthcare certification programs offered by the Continuing Education department. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Serve as the primary liaison for one or more of the continuing education programs.

Schedule time, date, and location of programs.

Assist students with registration.

Order program materials.

Conduct orientation for all program class starts.

Work with the Manager of Continuing Education to determine instructor availability, equipment needed and budget for new programs.

Ensure all program invoices are submitted for processing timely to the Manager of Continuing Education.

Ensure the completion of participant communication and tracking including attendance, grades and submission of required paperwork to appropriate third-party partners.

Coordinate with the Manager of Continuing Education to develop and execute marketing plans for the programs in which they have responsibility.

Other duties as assigned.
