We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations across marketing, community outreach, photography, and administrative functions. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role with direct visibility to company leadership. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
- Plan and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns to showcase available units and company brand
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/inquiries, and grow our online presence
- Assist in developing marketing materials including flyers, email campaigns, and digital ads
Photography & Unit Presentation
- Photograph vacant units and common areas to prepare listings for marketing
- Ensure units are presented attractively for photos and in-person visits
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure units are photo-ready
Showings & Community Engagement
- Meet prospective residents at units for scheduled showings as needed
- Serve as a friendly, professional representative of AMP Equity Management
- Communicate unit details, answer questions, and provide a positive experience
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support directly to company leadership
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and trackers using Microsoft Excel
- Draft correspondence, documents, and reports using Microsoft Word
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, follow-ups, and special projects as assigned
- Help coordinate vendor communications, deadlines, and workflows
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
