Job Description
Elevate BioWellness is looking for a motivated Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to build or expand their own practice inside our established wellness and recovery facility in The Woodlands.
This is an ideal opportunity for a massage therapist who wants the independence and earning potential of running their own practice without the expense and difficulty of opening a standalone location.
You'll have access to a private treatment room within Elevate, an existing wellness-focused client base, front desk support, and opportunities for referrals from other practitioners and services within the facility.
Elevate currently offers recovery and wellness services including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, PEMF, sauna, cold plunge/contrast therapy, lymphatic compression, vibration therapy, IV therapy and more.
We are especially interested in therapists specializing in:
- Sports massage
- Deep tissue massage
- Recovery massage
- Myofascial release
- Trigger point therapy
- Mobility and assisted stretching
- Post-workout recovery

Ideal Candidate
- Current Texas Massage Therapist License
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable and professional
- Interested in building a long-term clientele
- Comfortable working alongside other health and wellness professionals
- Sports/recovery experience preferred but not required
- Existing clientele is a plus but not required
Compensation / Business Structure
This is not a traditional hourly employee position. We are looking for an independent practitioner interested in operating within Elevate.
Potential structures may include:
- Fixed monthly room rental
- Base rent + percentage of revenue
- Revenue-share arrangement
Final structure will depend on experience, schedule, existing clientele and level of support desired.
Estimated earning potential: $50,000–$100,000+ annually, depending on schedule, pricing and client volume. Earnings are not guaranteed.
License/Certification
Texas Massage Therapist License – Required
Pay: $50.00 - $120.00 per hour
