Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3108 S Kingshighway location in St. Louis, United States. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner

Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency

Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and promptly

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved

Document customer interactions and update customer records in our service software

Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or management when necessary

Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs

Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with challenging situations

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience preferred

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
