Resource One Medical & In-Home Care is seeking to hire an experienced dedicated Scheduling Coordinator/ Recruiter who specializes in scheduling home care services. Managing employee files, recruit certified nurse assistants, caregivers, direct support staff, personal care aids and has the ability to reduce unscheduled vacancies by contacting available staff to cover shifts, emergency staffing, conduct reference and background checks. Staff and schedule available work shifts and conducts interviews and orientations of future staff with internal and external staff candidates as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A good working knowledge of Computer Skills, including, but not limited to: MS Office Suite (Outlook)
- Able to find things online, and assist field staff getting to our clients home using an internet mapping/directions program (such as Google maps)

- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have CAREBRIDGE Experience -
Manages Hiring Process:
- Conducts initial interviews and selection of CNAs, HHAs and Homemakers
- Participates in New Employee Orientation and training.

Manages ongoing client staffing process, including:
- Scheduling staff for both new and existing client engagements
- Matching clients and staff to achieve compatibility and client and family satisfaction.
- Managing staff absences to ensure that all shifts and visits are staffed as required.
- Managing employee punctuality and schedule compliance
Responsibilities:
- Match caregivers to clients based on personality, skill, client's scheduling needs and caregivers' availability.
- Accurately staff clients with caregivers based on location, time, skills/needs, requests, etc...
- Consistently organize caregiver and clients' issues. i.e. time off requests, questions, changes in schedule and/or availability, concerns.
- Utilize our web-based care management system to monitor caregivers for on-time arrival, manage clock-in/clock-out system, monitor care logs, and update client and caregiver record.
- Effectively and accurately communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and office staff.
- On-call responsibilities.
- Provide HR/office assistance.
- Other projects/duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with scheduling in a home-health care environment.
- Proactive and adaptable.
- Excellent problem-solver with a positive attitude and collaborative approach.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, professional and friendly demeanor.
- Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel and Scheduling programming.
- Must be willing to be on-call and carry a phone
Managing Payroll Reports for Billing
- Collection of time sheets and ensuring that they are completed accurately
- Prepare reports for Billing
Perform Onsite Visits if needed.
Perform Supervisory Visits to clients to ensure services are being performed to client’s satisfaction and company policy and procedures.
- Required education:
- High school or equivalent
- Required experience:
- Scheduling & Staffing/ Data Entry/ Telephone handling: 3-5 years
- Have excellent customer service

Salary: $ 21.00-23.00 per hour
