This is more than a front desk position. As our Salon Coordinator & Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of VaZa Salon while helping keep our salon running smoothly behind the scenes.

This isn't a position where you'll simply answer phones and schedule appointments. You'll be trusted to keep the salon operating efficiently while creating an elevated experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily salon flow
- Coordinate stylist schedules and help keep the day running efficiently
- Build lasting relationships with guests and create an exceptional salon experience
- Recommend professional haircare products and educate clients on their benefits
- Process retail sales and point-of-sale transactions
- Receive and accurately enter invoices
- Monitor inventory and keep retail displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Maintain a polished, welcoming front desk and reception area
- Help resolve client concerns with confidence and professionalism
- Support salon operations and anticipate what needs to be done before being asked

Schedule
Tuesday: on call
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
This is a long-term position. College students are welcome to apply if they can commit to working year-round.
