Job Overview
We are seeking a results driven bilingual sales executive with exceptional communication skills, and in-depth knowledge in the personal property and commercial insurance industry. This role is ideal for a highly motivated & organized professional, who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You will be responsible for new business growth, expanding existing personal and commercial lines accounts.
This is NOT a slow office environment. We handle heavy inbound call volume daily and work with clients who need fast, knowledgeable service. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy closing sales, and can multitask efficiently, this is for you.
Responsibilities
Handle high inbound and outbound call volume Quote and bind new personal lines policies (Auto, Commercial, Home, Renters) Cross-sell and upsell existing customers Process endorsements, payments, and policy changes Follow up on leads quickly and professionally Maintain accurate documentation in agency management system
Qualifications:
440 or 220 Florida Insurance License preferred Strong phone presence and closing ability Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment Ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
