Responsibilities
- Communicate with Customers on Questions Relating to their Order
- Assist with Customer Service Order Review Processes
- Support sales and manufacturing
- Work closely with customers to price and engineer custom products
- Have a Team-Player Mindset that is Willing to Help in Customer Service and Engineering
- Support customers and production through problem solving
- Utilize Microvellum software to Engineer Cabinets
- Produce on-time, accurate production drawings and information
Requirements and Skills
- Working Knowledge of Excel
- Ability to Create Detailed and Organized Shop Drawings as Needed
- Ability to Work Closely with Customers and Customer Service to Develop New Products
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Customer Satisfaction Focused
- Well Organized, Task Oriented and Demonstrated Planning Skills
- Able to Communicate and Work Well with People – Not Afraid to ask Questions and Communicate Requirements

- Technically savvy with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience and Educational Requirements
- Customer Service Experience a Plus
- AutoCAD Experience a Plus
- Microvellum Experience a Plus
- Demonstrated Communication and Problem Solving
- Demonstrated Teamwork and Process Improvement Mindset
- Experience with Cabinetry Construction, Custom Millwork, and Manufacturing a Plus
- Relevant Working Knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing and Cabinetry Construction a Plus
- BA/BS Degree Preferred or Equivalent Disciplined Learning a Plus
