Duties
- Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Engage with customers to promote sales and enhance their experience through excellent service.
- Participate in interviewing potential candidates and assisting in the hiring process.
- Contribute to budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and helping to manage inventory effectively.
- Maintain administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
- Assist with on boarding, including background checks, fingerprint scheduling, credential verification, and training assignments.
- Maintain accurate employee files, digital records, and compliance documentation.
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and 3rd party providers professionally and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of budgeting principles is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- 2 years of office administration and /or HR experience (homecare or healthcare setting preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and HR software and portals.
- Reliable and professional
- Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: $20.75 - $22.00 per hour
