Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage: $27.00/hr.
Hours: 1st Shift: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm | 2nd Shift: 7:00 pm – 3:30 am

Duties of the production shift lead:
- Lead and manage a production team daily while strictly maintaining all workplace safety and quality standards
- Set up production lines, organize systems, and ensure equipment is ready for optimal shift performance
- Track key performance objectives and accurately complete daily production data reports
- Assist with operational tasks as trained and communicate goals effectively to the team
Requirements of the production shift lead:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production leadership role
- Ability to learn, operate, and train others on various specialized industrial equipment and tools
