Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across various roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media management, HR sourcing, and cold calling, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Facilitate campus recruitment initiatives to build relationships with educational institutions and attract emerging talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor law throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide support for employee orientation and training & development programs for new hires.
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting, particularly in technical recruiting or executive recruiting roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage offers effectively.
- Familiarity with various HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, or iCIMS is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship management.
- Knowledge of talent management principles and employee evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce or Kronos for tracking recruitment metrics.
