Lumper / Warehouse Associate
Location: City of Commerce, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: Weekly Pay
Overtime: Overtime available based on business needs
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Lumpers/Warehouse Associates to join our team in the City of Commerce. This position is responsible for loading and unloading a variety of merchandise, palletizing products, and performing general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers and containers.
- Palletize, sort, and organize products according to customer requirements.
- Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Previous warehouse or lumper experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout the entire shift.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
