Earn Your Stripes (EYS) is a boutique group fitness studio built around coach-led strength and conditioning in a group setting. Our Baldwin Park studio is opening in early October, and we are hiring coaches to be on the floor from day one. The name is the promise. Progress here is earned, not handed out. At EYS every session is scalable enough for a first-timer and demanding enough for an athlete, and the coach on the floor is what makes that work. EYS is a brand built on showing up, putting in the work, and getting credit for it.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. Earn Your Stripes is an expanding Florida-based brand and Baldwin Park is one of our newest studios. You will help shape how members are welcomed and coached in a brand-new studio serving Baldwin Park and the greater Orlando area.
About the Opportunity
Our coaches lead group fitness classes and deliver an outstanding member experience. This is a floor-focused role: your job is to run great classes and take care of the people in them. We are looking for someone who coaches with energy and precision, and who members remember by name.
