Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers
- Educate customers on the different strains and products available
- Accurately process customer transactions using a cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Previous experience in sales is beneficial
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and industry regulations is preferred but not required
