SUMMARY
The Watch Technician modifies and/or customizes watches to meet client specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare watches for customization process which may involve removing the watch band.
- Operates engraving and imprinting equipment.
- Reviews finished product to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Ensures all logs for tracking and reporting are accurate and up to date.
- Assists with the sizing of watch bracelets and replaces bands as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to perform basic watch repairs (i.e. replacing bands, sizing of bracelets) preferred
- Experience operating engraving and/or imprinting equipment preferred
- Ability to multi-task and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn
