American Traveler is hiring an experienced CVOR RN for a cardiovascular operating room position at a Level 1 academic medical center in St. Louis, MO, requiring scrub and circulating experience with Epic proficiency.

Work in the Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) of a 356-bed non-profit, academic Level 1 Trauma Center and research medical center in St. Louis, MO

Tertiary care setting affiliated with a medical school and serving the east Missouri region

Day shift schedule: 5x8 hours, 10:30–19:00, Monday through Friday

Call responsibilities shared among CV staff, approximately 14 call shifts per month including weekend call

Floating required to Vascular and General OR
-
Epic EMR experience required
-
Active MO or Compact RN license currently in hand

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required

Experience in both scrub and circulating roles required

Epic EMR proficiency required

Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred

2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
