We are seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Lead to run daily operations at our high-volume outdoor pool. This role is the engine of our revenue operation, overseeing a fast-paced counter serving food, beverages, ice cream, and alcohol to up to 250 guests on peak days.
This is not a sit-back-and-manage role—you will be on the floor, leading from the front, keeping service fast, organized, and guest-focused.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all front counter operations (POS, order flow, guest service).

Supervise and direct counter staff and food runners.

Ensure fast, accurate service during high-volume periods.

Coordinate with kitchen staff (located off-site within facility) to maintain flow of food orders.

Manage daily setup, stocking, and closing procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas.

Oversee alcohol service compliance (ID checks, responsible service).

Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.

Step into any role as needed (register, runner, service).
