Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily rounds at the newborn nursery, ensuring comprehensive care and support for newborns
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary
- Provide education and support to families regarding newborn care and development
Requirements:
- Valid Texas license
- Prior nursery experience preferred, but training can be provided for enthusiastic candidates
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
