About the Schedule
We have a variety of shifts available.
Some weekend availability is preferred, as a few schedules include Monday–Friday shifts plus either a Saturday or Sunday.
What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and communities, including:
- Medication reminders and basic health support
- Transportation to work, school, or appointments
- Grocery shopping, meal prep, and light household tasks
- Support with daily routines and personal care
- Community outings and activities
Pay Range
- $20.25–$27.50/hour for daytime shifts (8am–12am)
- Overnight shifts (12am–8am): standard rate

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CA driver’s license (at least 3 years)
- Reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug test (Compass pays)
- CPR & First Aid certification (we’ll provide training)
