Job Summary
Wichita's premier automotive equipment dealer, is seeking an experienced technician to install, service, and repair automotive shop equipment. We work on vehicle lifts, tire changers, wheel balancers, air compressors, A/C service equipment, alignment equipment, fluid handling systems, and other professional shop equipment. Every day is different, and you'll work with customers throughout Kansas helping keep repair shops operating safely and efficiently.

We sell, install, service, and inspect professional shop equipment for independent repair shops, dealerships, municipalities, fleet operations, schools, and commercial customers throughout the region.
Every day brings something different.
One day you may be installing a new vehicle lift. The next, you're troubleshooting a wheel balancer, servicing a tire changer, repairing an air compressor, installing fluid delivery systems, or calibrating alignment equipment.

What You'll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain:
- Vehicle lifts
- Tire changers
- Wheel balancers
- Air compressors
- A/C service equipment
- Alignment equipment
- Shop fluid handling systems
- Other professional automotive service equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
- Train customers on proper equipment operation
- Represent Central Equipment with professionalism and outstanding customer service
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience
- Basic electrical knowledge (120V/240V/3-phase is a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work safely in customer shops

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
