Position Overview
We’re looking for a personable, efficient Server who can manage a section with confidence while delivering standout guest experiences. This role requires strong menu knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service to all guests
- Guide guests through the menu, including food, cocktails, beer, and wine
- Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring timing and modifications are correct
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining a high level of service
- Run food and drinks, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
- Handle cash and payments accurately
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred (high-volume or full-service restaurant experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food, beer, wine, and cocktails (or willingness to learn quickly)
