Goldamity Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Representative to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to earn commissions throughout the year by assisting customers with both personal lines insurance and DMV registration services for personal and commercial vehicles.
Position Responsibilities
Insurance
- Quote, sell, and service personal auto, homeowners, renters, motorcycle, recreational vehicle, and other personal insurance policies.
- Review existing policies and identify opportunities for improved coverage or competitive pricing.
- Follow up with new leads, pending quotes, renewals, cancellations, and customer service requests.
- Process endorsements, policy changes, payments, reinstatements, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up activity in the agency management system.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and generate referrals through excellent service.
DMV Registration Services
- Process personal and commercial vehicle registration transactions.
- Assist with title transfers, registration renewals, replacements, vehicle transfers, and other DMV-related services.
- Review ownership documents, applications, supporting records, and customer identification for accuracy.
- Assist commercial customers with vehicle registration and related documentation.
- Collect applicable fees and explain registration requirements clearly to customers.
- Maintain organized and compliant customer files.
- Training may be provided for qualified candidates who have strong insurance and administrative experience.
Qualifications
- Active California Property and Casualty Insurance License or Personal lines insurance license
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- DMV registration, vehicle title, dealership, trucking, or commercial vehicle experience is highly desirable.
- Strong computer, data-entry, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers, deadlines, follow-ups, and transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office.
- Spanish and English bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
- Must be comfortable discussing insurance products, asking for the sale, and earning referrals.
Schedule
- Full-time, in-office position.
- Monday through Friday.
- Candidates must be dependable and available during regular office hours.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
