Fast paced personal injury law firm seeks energized and detail orientated candidates to join our firm.
Duties:
- Answering client calls and fielding their questions
- Addressing incoming prospect calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Gather critical information from each potential client and decide on the next best step for the potential client.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Correspond with potential clients through various platforms (phones, email, text or web form applications).
- Utilize the CMS information/documentation to lead all prospects.
Skills:
- Superior phone etiquette with a delivery that is clear, reassuring, and warm
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
- High-level listening skills to gain a thorough understanding of claims
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
- Proficient in using document management systems and other office software
- Strong written and oral communication skills to explain next steps and compose client profiles
This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Strong proofreading, transcription, and administrative skills are necessary for success in this role.
The required shift is 2:30pm-10:00pm or 3:00pm-10:00pm.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
