Pay: 35% Commission + Bonuses

Job Description:
As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Cloud 9 Wellness, you’ll provide tailored massage services while also contributing to the growth of our wellness center. Your expertise, combined with our supportive team environment, will ensure an exceptional experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massages.
- Assess and address client needs, recommending treatments and wellness plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment.
- Encourage clients to explore other wellness services, including memberships and packages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
Compensation & Bonuses:
- 35% Commission on all services performed.
- $25 Bonus for selling a membership.
- $100 Bonus for selling a package over $1,000.
Requirements:
- Active and valid Wisconsin Massage Therapist License (required).
- Expertise in therapeutic massage techniques and a commitment to client care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for health, wellness, and client success.
