Liberty Marketing is a Harrisburg-based marketing and sales firm specializing in retail customer acquisition campaigns. We are an authorized dealer of AT&T and partner closely with them to support customer growth, brand engagement, and account services. Our services include customer acquisition, brand development, face-to-face sales and marketing, customer support and engagement, and account management.
Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as AT&T Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with customers in a retail setting, assisting with account management, and processing sales orders. The position offers competitive hourly pay, performance-based bonuses, and commissions. We focus on customer engagement, sales support, and account assistance while creating meaningful interactions with consumers.
Compensation & Schedule:
· Hourly: Competitive hourly + Weekly Bonuses
· Additional Compensation: Weekly performance bonuses + commissions
· Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week), weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with new and existing customers in a retail setting
· Generate retails sales and provide exceptional customer service
· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
· Stay up to date with product knowledge and competitors through daily sales meetings
· Collaborate with the management team to identify customer trends and opportunities
· Support onboarding and training new employees
Qualifications/skills
· High school diploma or GED
· 1+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred
· Strong interest in technology and consumer products
· Bilingual proficiency a plus
· Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills

Pay: $45,394.03 - $60,076.68 per year
