Duties
- Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and independence
- Support with medication administration and monitor vital signs following care plans and medical protocols
- THIRD SHIFT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR meal preparation, and ensuring proper nutrition while maintaining safety standards. BEING A GOOD COOK IS A MUST.
- Operate EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems accurately to document care activities and health updates
- Maintain a clean, safe environment through light cleaning duties and adherence to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams on care plans, case management, and resident progress updates
- Respond promptly to emergencies with first aid skills and conflict management techniques while following HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
