Overview:
We are seeking individuals to join our farm team as Farm Workers. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to farm operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Duties:
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment and machinery
- Irrigating fields and monitoring water levels
- Assisting with the maintenance of farm buildings and fences
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
- Sorting, grading, and packaging produce
- Farm Construction
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of farm products
Requirements:
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of farming practices and equipment operation preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends or irregular hours as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
