PART TIME REMOE RETAIL OPERATIONS ADMIN
Location: Rancho Bernardo
Starting Pay: $18.00
Remote Position based out of Rancho Bernardo, CA
Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm
JOB SUMMARY: The Retail Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the retail store and offices. This position involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the retail team and enhance the overall efficiency of the stores. Key aspects of this role include providing exceptional customer service, making informed decisions to resolve issues effectively, managing reporting and auditing tasks, and completing MCS administrative tasks based on the needs of the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the completion of all store reports, including but not limited to the 2037 Long, Delivery Progress, Returns, FINBD, and No Deposit reports. (weekly, monthly, annually)
- Assist with or provide support on report generation and processing for offices when needed
- Support stores in using communication platforms such as Kustomer and Podium, including responding to customers and providing customer service.\
- Audit specific reports and platforms, providing feedback to upper management.
- Track daily calls to ensure they are being answered and notify the department of their successes.
- Track reviews and communicate to stores.
- Assess applicants for open customer service positions, and determine their knowledge, experience, and skills for suitability.
- Conduct phone interviews and, if successful, advance applicants to the next step in the hiring process.
- Registering FCP Warranty Claims
- Assist the Director of Sales Operations with additional reporting and tasks to support the department as needed.
- Complete MCS administrative tasks based on the needs of the business and retail stores
