Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for customers via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions, delivering friendly and professional service.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilize computer literacy and productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools to document customer interactions accurately.
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, calendar management, and maintaining organized records.
- Support office management activities by assisting with bookkeeping using QuickBooks, managing office supplies, and coordinating administrative tasks.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions about products or services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with specialized roles such as medical or dental receptionist duties when needed, including appointment scheduling and patient record management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with office management systems and proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional interpersonal interactions.
- Technical proficiency in computer literacy, data entry, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Prior clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and administrative support is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
