The Halftime SBG Referee is responsible for delivering best-in-class service and hospitality while creating a fun, engaging, and memorable guest experience. This role combines high-level service execution with brand representation, requiring strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to connect with guests in a high-energy environment.
Halftime SBG Referees are expected to uphold brand standards, including image and appearance guidelines, while driving sales through food and beverage knowledge and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter orders into the POS system, and deliver items efficiently.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and entertaining manner. Perform suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Monitor guest needs, check back for satisfaction, and handle payments accurately.
Brand Representation Maintain and adhere to Halftime SBG Image & Costume Guidelines at all times while on shift.
Represent the Halftime SBG brand through professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
Promote events, specials, and brand initiatives to guests.
Operational Execution:
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including food, beverages, and promotions.
Assist with pre-bussing, table maintenance, and cleanliness of assigned sections.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Complete all required training and maintain certifications as required by local and state regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with Front of House and Heart of House team members to ensure smooth operations. Support overall restaurant performance by maintaining efficiency and communication during service.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

No prior experience required; hospitality or serving experience preferred.

Work Environment This position operates in a high-energy restaurant and bar environment, with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and cleaning agents.
