Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, juices, and smoothies with precision.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale)
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and basic math calculations for change and totals
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, preparation, and serving procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals in accordance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Experience in food industry roles involving serving, food preparation, or retail sales is advantageous
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
