Seeking candidates with a Mechanical or Marine Engineering Degree. This position requires a strong aptitude and experience in dynamic balancing, optical and laser alignment, and vibration analysis of rotating machinery, as well as knowledge of inspecting and replacing equipment vibration isolation mounts. Position requires independent ability to use state of the art vibration monitoring, laser, and optical alignment equipment. This position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift heavy objects and conduct onsite repairs in tight spaces on vessels. Candidates must be confident in communicating with clients and producing technical reports. Training on all equipment and processes will be provided. Must possess or be able to obtain a US passport and travel domestically/internationally. Position requires 25-50% travel, as well as working extended shifts and occasional weekends.
