Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and components according to specifications
- Work on assembly lines and production equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Package finished products for shipment or storage
- Read work instructions and follow production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production goals while following safety guidelines
- Assist in other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
