Assembler – Entry Level | 2nd Shift

Pay: $17.25/hour | Weekly Pay
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday
Hire Sync is hiring Assemblers for a well-established manufacturer in Mentor, OH. This company is known for producing high-quality wire brush products used worldwide in a variety of industries. No prior manufacturing experience is required—this is a great opportunity to start your career in production with hands-on training in a clean, stable environment.
Before starting, all candidates will participate in a facility walk-through to get a clear view of the work environment and job expectations.
- Assemble small, thin wire brush components with care and accuracy
- Operate basic assembly equipment as needed
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Use simple gauges and measuring tools to verify part specifications
- Stand in a stationary position for the duration of the shift
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity (right-hand dominant tasks)
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-focused
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
- Previous experience in assembly, food service, or manufacturing is a plus
- Entry-level opportunity—no prior manufacturing experience needed
- Consistent 2nd shift schedule, Monday through Friday
