Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Field Supervisor to lead and coordinate on-site operations within our healthcare facilities. Duties
- Supervise daily clinical operations across multiple healthcare sites, ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols
- Coordinate patient care activities with nursing staff, physicians, and allied health professionals to optimize service delivery
- Oversee medical documentation, including accurate recording of patient conditions, treatment plans, and procedural reports using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, and other safety certifications
- Manage patient service processes by addressing concerns, providing health education, and facilitating effective communication between patients and medical teams
- Conduct regular inspections of clinical areas to ensure proper manual handling practices and maintain a safe environment for staff and patients
- Report on patient conditions, treatment progress, and any incidents or emergencies promptly to appropriate medical personnel
Skills
- Proven experience in critical care, acute care, or surgical settings such as plastic surgery or diagnostic radiology
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and healthcare procedures
- Skilled in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) management systems
- Excellent client communication skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Ability to perform blood sampling, assist with surgery preparations, and support diagnostic procedures as needed
- Experience in health education initiatives aimed at promoting patient well-being and preventive care
- Familiarity with medical documentation standards and reporting requirements for patient conditions and treatment updates
- Needs 5 Years Experience in Home Health Care Setting.
