Position: Customer Success Agent
What you’ll do

Delight customers via phone and email with fast, friendly, accurate support.

Own the order flow: place orders, confirm details, process returns/exchanges, and provide product information.

Solve problems end-to-end: investigate issues, resolve them promptly, and follow through so nothing falls through the cracks.

Manage mail orders efficiently, coordinating with the warehouse for processing and tracking.

Keep clean records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and resolutions.

Be the customer’s voice: surface insights and trends to help improve products, policies, and processes.

Availability: flexible schedule including Saturdays; on-site in Sparks, NV.
What you’ll bring

Experience: prior customer service/support or related role.

Communication: clear, warm phone manner and professional writing.

Tools: comfort with everyday computer applications; quick to learn new systems.

Work style: organized, detail-oriented, and steady under busy, multi-tasking conditions.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional customer service training a plus).
