About the Position:
Resilient Charity Events works with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to support community awareness initiatives through professionally organized retail and community events.
We are seeking reliable, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and are comfortable in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment. This is a full-time, in-person position that provides paid training and hands-on experience in customer engagement and event support.
Position Overview:
As an Event Promotions Associate, you will represent nonprofit awareness campaigns at scheduled community and retail events. You will interact with members of the public, provide information about current initiatives, answer questions, and assist with creating a positive experience for visitors.
Responsibilities Include:
- Represent community awareness campaigns in a professional manner
- Engage with members of the public at scheduled events
- Provide information and answer general questions
- Assist with event setup, organization, and daily activities
- Support event materials and outreach efforts
- Document customer interactions and feedback when needed
- Work with team members to help ensure successful events
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
- Dependable and punctual
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or event experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and receive training
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
- Reliable transportation to the Mickleton office is required
- Must be available for full-time, in-person work
Work Location: In person
Pay: $39,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
