About the Role
As a Bilingual HR Talent Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our organization, driving our mission to build a high-performing workforce through strategic recruitment and employee advocacy. You will leverage your fluency in English and Spanish to connect with diverse talent pools and ensure our team members feel supported, valued, and engaged throughout their professional journey.
Responsibilities-
Design and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns to attract top-tier manufacturing talent via community outreach and social networking.

Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from initial candidate screening and interviewing to facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.

Act as a primary advisor to leadership on employee relations, ensuring fair application of policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Maintain rigorous compliance with labor regulations, union agreements, and internal HR procedures to mitigate organizational risk.

Conduct thorough investigations into workplace concerns and implement corrective actions to promote retention and professional growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine HR programs, support payroll administration, and coordinate impactful employee engagement events.
Qualifications-
Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.

Proven experience in human resources, with a strong focus on high-volume recruiting.
