Position Summary
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative tasks with basic logistics, supporting sales through email and online platforms while managing the reception and shipment of merchandise on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond to sales and supplier emails.
- Answer phone calls professionally.
- Coordinate shipments and receive deliveries on site.
- Work with designated suppliers to find options and solutions.
- Conduct online searches to identify new alternatives or relevant information.
- Assist with organizing documents and maintaining basic inventory controls.
