Job Summary
Brown & Firm is seeking ambitious, relationship-driven Real Estate Advisors to join our growing Massachusetts team. Whether you are newly licensed or an experienced agent, you will receive mentorship, professional development, marketing support, and access to systems designed to help you build a long-term business, not simply close transactions. Our advisors serve as trusted consultants, helping clients navigate residential purchases, sales, investment opportunities, and market strategy with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Guide buyers through every stage of the home-buying process
- Represent sellers through pricing, marketing, negotiation, and closing
- Conduct property tours and market analyses
- Prepare and explain contracts and transaction documents
- Negotiate offers while protecting your client's interests
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Maintain accurate CRM records and transaction files
- Stay current on Massachusetts real estate laws and market trends
- Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after every transaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles within the industry; residential real estate transaction experience is highly valued
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Strong marketing abilities to promote properties effectively across various channels
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to build rapport with clients and team members
- Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, property management practices, and managing real estate transactions from start to finish
- Organizational skills with experience managing multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer service orientation with a passion for practicing ethical real estate practices and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Administrative experience supporting real estate operations or managing complex transactions is advantageous
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License (or currently completing licensing)
