We are hiring a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher for our property damage restoration office in Alsip, IL. This is a full-time, office-based role for someone with strong phone skills, accurate documentation habits, and recent experience in service scheduling, dispatch, field service coordination, property management, insurance claim support, restoration, construction office support, or another high-volume office role with complex scheduling and administrative responsibilities.
This role is based out of our Alsip, IL office and is not fully remote. Work-from-home flexibility is available after training and once performance expectations are being met. You will support customer intake, inspection scheduling, job documentation, internal communication, and one scheduled on-call week per month.

Salary Range - $24–$29/hr + Overtime
Compensation is based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Live within commuting distance of Alsip, IL
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service scheduling, dispatch, field service coordination, or similar operations support.
- Strong computer and software skills including typing, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
- Willing to participate in a predictable on-call rotation 1 week per month
- Candidates with experience in service coordination, dispatch, scheduling, restoration, insurance, property management, or service-based businesses are encouraged to apply. Strong backgrounds include roles such as Dispatcher, Scheduling Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or Restoration Coordinator.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Answer phones and handle incoming calls
- Schedule inspections for project managers
- Document customer information, job details, scheduling updates, and internal handoffs.
- Prepare production paperwork for the following day
- Maintain communication with project coordinators and project managers to keep schedules and job information current.
- Support after-hours customer communication during the assigned on-call week
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
