We are seeking a team member who either holds an Optician License or is eager to work toward becoming a licensed Optician. The ideal candidate is motivated to grow in this profession and views this role as a long-term opportunity. For those not yet licensed, we are committed to supporting your development through on-the-job training, apprenticeship under a licensed Optician, and preparation for state board exams. A willingness to study, learn, and actively pursue licensure is essential, as this role is designed to help you build the skills and knowledge needed to advance in the field.

- Providing Expert Optical Guidance: You will be the trusted expert guiding patients through frame selection, taking precise measurements, and educating them on advanced lens technologies, coatings, and options to perfectly suit their lifestyle.
- Dispensing with Precision: Accurately dispensing and adjusting eyeglasses, ensuring optimal fit, comfort, and visual clarity for every patient.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Skillfully performing minor frame repairs and adjustments, troubleshooting patient concerns, and ensuring their eyewear performs flawlessly.
- Creating Outstanding Customer Loyalty: Building strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and thrilled with their optical experience, leading to long-term trust.
- Collaborating on Comprehensive Care: Working seamlessly with our optometrists and the entire clinic team to ensure smooth patient flow and integrated eye care.
