Caregan Transport is expanding and seeking a motivated Recruiter to help hire high‑quality drivers and support staff. This role manages sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while ensuring all DOT and company standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Driver recruitment — Identify and hire qualified CDL/non‑CDL drivers.
- Candidate sourcing — Build pipelines through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Interview coordination — Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Compliance checks — Support MVR reviews, background checks, and drug testing.
- Onboarding support — Ensure smooth new‑hire setup.
Qualifications
- Recruiting experience preferred, ideally in transportation.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations is a plus.
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
