Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $24.00-$26.00/hour

What You’ll Do
The Client Care Coordinator is the warm, organized first point of contact for the outpatient program's clients and the operational support behind the clinical team. The role centers on coordinating client care, from first call through scheduling and follow-up, while also providing day-to-day office support. It is well suited to someone reliable and self-motivated who takes initiative, anticipates the team's needs, and takes direction from program supervisors and management.
In this role, you will:
- Answer new client calls and emails; create a warm, professional first impression.
- Coordinate client intake, scheduling, and rescheduling; manage the program calendar.
- Support clients through the care process, including insurance verification and follow-up as needed.
- Coordinate referrals and intakes, and serve as a point of contact for referral sources.
- Provide billing support for services as needed.
- Support management with insurance credentialing (e.g., tracking documentation and assisting with roster and application steps).
- Provide onboarding support for new therapists.
- Support marketing efforts, including community outreach and social media.
- Provide daily office and administrative support to the clinical team and general office coordination.
- Take direction from supervisors and management; take initiative to improve program operations; other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
- Prior administrative or office experience required; healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred.
- Comfortable using technology; experience with EHR systems a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Friendly, professional, and client-centered.
- Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion with sensitive client, staff, and organizational information
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or public-sector setting
- Familiarity with EHR systems, compliance reporting, or data tracking in a regulated environment
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/training management platforms
- Valid California driver’s license
