Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill Local Production Operator positions for a Manufacturing company in East Tawas, MI. This is a Temp-to-Hire job. Apply now!
Duties for this position include:
- Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards
- Maintain production flow by following work instructions and meeting daily quotas
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues or defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines
Compensation (USD):
$15.00/hour
Schedule:
1st Shift
Monday – Friday
7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Overtime: Saturday and/or Sunday as needed
2nd Shift
Monday – Friday
3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Overtime: Saturday and/or Sunday as needed
3rd Shift
Sunday – Thursday
3:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Overtime: Friday and/or Saturday as needed
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift consistently
