- PA State Inspection & Emissions License — have it, or we'll get you there
- Valid driver's license
- Real hands-on repair experience — OR the grit to learn it fast with our paid training program
- ASE, manufacturer, or Master Tech certs? That's a fast track to top pay
- Your own tools and a no-excuses attitude
- Can lift 50 lbs., move all day, and handle tools like a pro
